Product Features
Latest software could control two laser heads in order to get the same cutting effects. The work efficiency is double since of the double heads. Besides, double heads could improve the productivity and economic benefit. So, our double heads must be the best choice in nonmetal cutting industry and laser processing workshop.
Special mechanical structure allows the laser heads to be adjustable, which can work with single head if necessary. When double heads work together, the transverse cutting of odd number is supported
Using high speed network cable for remote data transmission could make many laser machines be connected with a multi-port router at the same time, then, connecting with the computer. Just one computer can be able to control at many as 198 machines while they could work separately, which is not any interference.

The materials you cut determine the types of laser you are going to get. A Co2 laser is suitable if you are only cutting non-metals like plastics and woods. If you are cutting thin metals then you will need a fiber laser. 


The thickness of the material will determine the power of the laser source. Commonly the thicker materials require higher power supply.
 
This will determine the working area of the laser machine. And you have to considerate whether you have enough space for it to fit in your workshop. 


Each device is equipped with matched control software according to the materials and customers' needs.
 
The cutting speeds range from 1mm to 600mm per second according to the laser source and are adjusted according to the size of the material you cut.

CO2 Laser is used to engrave or cut almost all non-metal materials like acrylic, wood, paper, fabric, leather etc.
 
How to choose among different models?
AZ/AZ-D Series: Sliding rail config. are mainly used for textile industry like fabric,textile,paper with faster speed
AZ-L Series: Square rail config.are mainly used for advertisement with higher precision for thick materials like acrylic, wood.
AZ-U Series: Up&down or rotary device is equipped for thick or cylindrical object on the base of standard series
AZ-H Series: Upgraded from D/L series, it's equipped with square rail but larger working area
AZ-FH Series: On the base of AZ/AZ-D or H series, it's suitable for both metal and non-metal.
 
How about the package?
